Leafleting

If organized public outreach efforts don’t fit into your schedule, aren’t your style, or aren’t enough, distributing pro-vegetarian brochures is a great way for animal advocates to promote compassionate eating, helping the more than 99 percent of animals killed in the United States each year—those we eat.

Passing out leaflets in highly-foot trafficked areas, such as public transit stations during heavy commuter times, in front of fast-food restaurants, and in commercial zones, allows us to take the animals’ message into the streets on a one-on-one basis, putting a friendly vegetarian face on the animal advocacy movement.

COK eagerly provides free, unlimited quantities of our Vegetarian Eating brochure to advocates to distribute whenever and wherever they choose. In just six months, COK activists passed out more than 200,000 copies of the brochure, and the number keeps rising, introducing more and more vegetarians-to-be to the whys and hows of animal-friendly eating.

If you’re new to leafleting or just as a refresher, please take a moment to read COK’s tips on vegetarian leafleting.
