- 9 oz box chocolate cream sandwich cookies, crushed (we like Trader
Joe’s “Joe Joes”)
- 8 oz tub vegan cream cheese
- 6 oz vegan semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- Combine crushed cookies and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix until it is a blended chocolaty paste.
- Take a rounded teaspoon of cookie paste and drop it in the bowl of melted chocolate, coating.
- Remove the truffle from the chocolate and place it on nonstick tray.
- Repeat until you are done with all of the cookie mix and place your tray in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Serve cold.
